Once an event reaches capacity, a waitlist will be made available. Vendors who no-show without prior notice may be denied participation in future WLE events. Additionally, WLE reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor whose products, messaging, or conduct promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or content inconsistent with our community values. We're here to build something great together — and that starts with showing up.
